Please Note:
Graduation Stole orders are fulfilled on a first come, first serve basis. There are no reservations and your stole will not be customized until payment is received in full.
Turnaround time for stole completion from start to finish is about 2-5 weeks, but is subject to change.
You will receive a response via email within 2 business days regarding your stole submission. Please ensure to check your spam/junk folder.
Submit your order as early as possible! There are no guarantees that you will receive your stole by a specific date.
It is best to schedule any photoshoots once you have your stole in your possession.
Stamp’d By Yaya is not responsible for errors once your stole is created and shipped. You are sent the mockup prior to the stole being created for you to make any revisions as appropriate.
During the revision stage, you can make as many changes as you would like. Once you approve of your design and submit your final payment, no changes can/will be made.
If glitter vinyl is requested, you will not be able to see it on the digital mockup.
I do work a full time job. I ask that you are patient with me as I strive to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days of initial contact.
Refund/Cancellation Policy:
As each item is custom made, no refunds or exchanges can be made after payment has been received. Your order cannot be cancelled once payment has been received. Please note, Stamp’d by Yaya reserves the right to cancel your order and provide a full refund at any time.
Shipping Policy:
Stamp’d by Yaya does not guarantee any expected delivery dates. I advise for you not to book any photo/video shoots until you receive your item. Stamp’d by Yaya is not responsible for any rescheduling due to the provided policy.
Please understand that mail carriers have experienced delays with processing and delivering packages due to COVID-19. Once your package has been given to them, I am not able to expedite their turnaround time. Please contact the carrier with your tracking number to file a claim if there are any delays with your shipment. Stamp’d by Yaya is not responsible for any delays due to USPS or UPS.
Step 2: Please use the Stole Design Template to sketch out the design for your stole.
Your illustration can be on the below template form or it can be on a blank sheet of paper. If you are drawing/writing out your design, please ensure that it is legible.
Please provide as much detail as possible! The more detail, the better!
Please provide the exact images that you want on your stole. I cannot sharpen blurry images.
